Refined to a simple and modern aesthetic, the KNNOX lighter has been designed to deliver a new appreciation for light.
Behind KNNOX is husband and wife duo, Desmond and Jessica Ware. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, they moved to the UK to establish KNNOX as a reputable London based brand, specialising in tools for light.
Their journey began in 2014 with an idea to reimagine light. They felt that the value of light had been lost due to the disposable mindset of our society, mass production and outdated products. This led them to embark on a four year product design journey to create a lighter suitable for our time.
Each lighter is precision machined from solid brass and comes paired with specially designed wicks, flints and stainless steel hex tool. The brass is untreated which, over time, will age naturally giving each lighter its own unique personality. A bespoke sliding mechanism allows the lighter to be lit in a number of ways and gives the KNNOX lighter its signature open flame.
The team pride themselves on quality as well as local and ethical manufacturing which is why all KNNOX lighters are made in England. They searched long and hard for their suppliers in the UK over a three-month period and selected the very best in their respective fields. Desmond and Jessica know each supplier on a personal level and can guarantee their workmanship which is why all KNNOX lighters come with a lifetime warranty.
A result of constant refinement, the KNNOX lighter has evolved into a timeless object that can be enjoyed as a homeware item, in the wilderness or in your pocket.
